So around July of 2022, I bought a brand new rebuilt carbureted 350 for my 1985 k10 and had it installed, it ran absolutely AMAZING and hadn't given me any problems or signs of anything going bad. This morning I went out and started it up, drove to pick up some things, and came back home and turned it off, not even 30 minutes later I came back out to go to work and try to start it again as I always do, it cranked and cranked and cranked, and sometimes it would fire once or twice, but just would not start, I know for a fact it has fuel, and I know it has spark as I checked, and it fires off sometimes, but it won't run no matter what. What could have happened in the half an hour that it wasn't running? Could the timing just go bad like that? Is it the distributor cap? I have no cule. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated!
