They may have pulled that from an '85 Blazer, but it's a radio meant for a Pontiac. Probably from the '86-'88 years.

Exactly. No way that came factory from 80's k5. Double din started in the 90's for the square blazer and suburban.
Possibly 89 when the grill changed.

It said S10 Blazer, which was the din 1.5 size.

I got the same radio in 10/10 condition out of a van for like $10.
