My Chevy c10 does not start unless I put gas in the carb. I replaced gas tank, sending unit, and fuel pump everything is hooked up but gas doesn’t get to the carb any clue what’s up

Pull the inlet line from the pump put a line in a can of gas and connect to the pump. Does it run now or not? If it runs now check the line to the tank for leaks or plugged. If it doesn't run the problem is with the pump,a stuck needle and seat,a plugged line or fuel filter to the carb inlet,or the camshaft fuel pump lobe.

Electric fuel pump or mechanical?
I'm mechanical check pump arm / pushrod / cam lobe for wear

If electric fuel pump sometimes they are wired reverse
Also what carb?
