Just introducing myself. I am Bryant in Glendale, AZ. I have 3 generations of Chevy trucks 1971 C20, 1976 K20 and a 1997 K1500 Z71. I graduated Wyotech in Laramie, WY. back in 2010 and yes I still run into things and ask for help from time to time. I have been searching and reading from this site as well as many others for years and figured I would just sign up. Thanks

Here are my 2 classic Chevy trucks. I like the slant nose of the 67-72 Chevy's and I am going full air ride on the 71, it is going to be my show truck someday. The 76 is going to be a work truck/ welding rig and currently has my big tig welder and a plasma cutter and 2 side mount boxes and a regular toolbox in the back to hold my gear.

Welcome from the Buckeye State. The front of your action line Chevy looks like a 68 hood and grille. The 69-72 hoods were squared up. I love the 67-72 trucks.

Yes, I picked up a 68 front clip a years back and swapped it over to get the slant nose that I prefer. I stopped working on it the night I found out my Dad passed back in 2011, figure it's about time I get back to working on her. At least with fresh gas she will still run and drive, rebuilding the carb, going to pull the bed soon and install the rear mount gas tank and full air ride I already have sitting in the bed. I used to work at a body shop so I have multiple projects going simultaneously! It's great to keep me busy and also keeps my savings from growing very fast but on the plus side I will have some nice trucks and no extra money for any bad habits!

Thank you, I have always been a fan of these old trucks, my Dad had a 1956 Chevy 3200 small window stepside. Man I would love to find that truck again someday!

Welcome, I'm new here as well. Building a C10 with my son.

If you haven't already, check out the chrome guy. He's in Glendale and stocks a ton of parts for our trucks. Same prices as LMC and its in stock, no shipping. Across the street from him, is Marks Bolts. I buy all my hardware there whenever I can. A $3 grade 8 bolt from HD is probably 30 cents there.

Dino's git down is in November and is supposed to be in Glendale again. There was at least 500 C10's this past year.

Welcome!
I like all 3 of your trucks. The '97 looks really clean!
