My grandpa had one of those. But his didn't have a top on it. Fun little ride. He had another one, a Willy's with an enclosed 2-seater cab and a trunk in the back. That thing was the best 4-wheeler I have ever been in. Had perfect balance, ground clearance and power.

wow I have had it posted a couple places for 500 bucks and he has a list of people wanting it money in hand ready to take it.

its only been listed for about 3 hours no way did I think there would be that much interest in it.

$500 is cheap, looks pretty solid and those are getting harder to find!

no it was not a mail truck but that top does look like it

the top was made from a company in texas it has a tag on it

it has the cj-5 style door openings under those doors

I'd think that would make it even more valuable that it wasn't a mail truck. IIRC, those things had I4 motors in them. Same as I6 with 2 cylinders cut off the back. At least in the mailtrucks they did. 153cu in IIRC. Been a long time since I played with one.
