Hi.

I’ve got a 1973 c20 2wd with 17” rims on it. Came with P rated tires and I want to swap to LT tires. Mainly used on street. Occasional towing.

Can someone recommend a 17” truck tire size?

Also considering buying some 16” rims with tires on them off marketplace instead. 8 lug

Thanks.

If the size you have is good, then get the same size in a LT tire.
Otherwise, stock-ish sizes that would fit a C20 are like 235-80-17 (typically on duallies), 245-70-17 and 265-70-17.
