Disconnected mystery wire in 1982 C10
Hello, all. The wire outlined in red in the attached photo is a mystery to me. Obviously, it's loose on the driver's side of the engine bay and disconnected, but I haven't found the connection point. Speedometer cable showing less than half
I recently replaced my speedometer cable since the speedo was bouncing a lot. Now the problem is that it's showing less than half speed. Took out the speedometer and checked it, seems to be working fine. And from what I can tell the gearing for the cable is inside the gearbox? Truck is a GMC...- Darstrom
