Resolved! Someone had re-pinned the orange wire into the headlight connector upside down somehow. We now have dash lights and running lights.- Notyushi

No dash lights!!
This is the post creator’s brother. We discovered that someone had spliced a ground lead into the front indicator harness which was causing the fuse to blow. The problem I’m having now is power is simply finding a path to ground. The illumination pin on the dash has only 1-2 ohms of resistance...- Notyushi
