Carb at high alt
I’m looking at doing some high altitude overlanding in the Sierra Nevada mountains. I live at 2000 feet MSL, and I’d like to drive up to 10,000feet MSL. Are there any quick hacks I can do to keep the engine alive at that altitude? it’s a 383 with an edelbrock 600 carb- jumpjets

Sagging front springs?
I have a 1978 GMC K25 with a 383 SBC and TH350/NP203. I can’t tell if the front leaf springs are worn out or not. -the driver side wheel well sits about 1” higher than the passenger side. -the springs have an upward bend. Overheating climbing a mountain
