You're still showing an O2 error and it is still not reading correctly. If it does not increase to 600mv it will not go into closed loop with BLM enabled on the flag page. Did you meter the wiring? Open loop idle or driving is never a problem unless the tune is wrong. A carb runs for years, right or wrong, in open loop. You should be able to unplug the O2 and the vehicle run just fine. The video and data you posted showed the system never went into closed loop and when it died, it seemed to have the IAC and throttle blades closed but the system tried to go into stall saver and dumped a lot of fuel right at the end. As mentioned, you made the fatal sin of just grabbing the cable and plugging it in. There are directions provided with the cable (1 sheet of paper and a label on the CD) and IIRC, if you put the CD in, if enable on laptop, will auto start to the main menu and direct you to install the driver...- Bill USN-1

The cable comes with a CD or optional thumb drive full of free software. For the C3 ECM like your 1227747, I prefer to use winaldl. Much easier than tunerpro for beginners.
