    Idealy that is fed through the oil pressure switch located behind the intake next to the distributer. I see the choke is held open with a zip tie so there is going to be more to this than plugging it in.

    I would try forcing a ground at the ecm plug and see if the injectors open. If they do The harness is probably good.

    I would take cuba's advice and verify the integrity of the ground pulse wires. The testing of the injectors as Honky Kong suggests is also a good idea.

    Before I modified the new hose I would research and find one from an earlier year that will fit. LMC shows different possibilities. I imagine it is flare/flare, metric/flare and metric/metric assuming in that order compared to years but not totally sure.

    I would measure the location of the hitch mounting holes to. Be sure if they were drilled that it was done true and square. If they are and things are tweeked a bit it wouldn't bother me to bolt up one side of the hitch and pull the other side up with a comealong and bolt it up. Then see how...

    When you say they are both hot what do you mean? Do you mean you get 12 volts across the white and orange at the plug behind the speaker on the drivers side?

    The circuit should be controlled by switching the white ground lead with the orange constant hot positive. Make sure you are checking for power using that for ground.
