It will be pin G actually. No voltage in the aldl usually, but go to a shunt on the fuse box, and it should do what you need it to. Ya know, since you needthe doghouse off anyways, go ahead and pull the plug on the oil pressure switch(unde rthe disstributor)and cross it with a paper clip. Some...

No different than a diesel with one solenoid, namely the fuel solenoid. I would rather have one solenoid, than 24.

BMW is doing that too. Our auto makers are so far behind, its not funny.

I cant think of anything that would happen due to a swap, short of the engine teetering so far back, that it cracked the plastic vac fitting to the Brake booster, or ripped another vac line off somewhere. No leaks at the exhaust collector on the drivers side? Maybe reversion getting to the o2?

What I was getting at with the injectors, is that it makes complete sense that they hold pressure without pulses. But with the key in the on position, you only get around a 2second prime shot from the pump, then it shuts off untill it senses oil pressure. What I wanted you to try, is to add...

Ok, that that bLM is better, 123 is usually a good pre Cl BLM. In a nutshell, the Block Learn Multiplier (BLM) is the long term fuel adjustment that the ECM "learns" to keep the air/fuel ratio within acceptable parameters. The Integrator is the same idea, only for short term adjustments...

Why is there an IAT reading? BLM and INT are both low....the ECM is asking for extra fuel for some reason.

Post #4, end of first paragraph. A bad CTS will never dump that much fuel to have Droplets form from the injectors. Just had a wild thought....With the fuel pump running in prime mode, engine off, key on, what happens?

Qjet is a good option, but what are your inspection Laws? There is a guy in PA having problems passing because a bunch of stuff is disconnected. As far as injectors, you could send them to Wtchhunter.com to be cleaned and tested for $22 each, this is who I use if I cant clean them.

Carb and dizzy swap is a copout. Get a rebuild kit for the throttle body, sound like your injector seals failed. You will obviousely need a new TB base. i think HR may have a location on an extra, if Im not mistaken. there may be a few others floating around as well. Get an AC Delco cts to...

    Exhaust Pipe Diameter

Nope, no engine NEEDS back pressure, it is just a by product of the need to evacuate spent gasses to the rear of the vehicle, I.e; adding pipes with bends, and exaserbating it with mufflers. Smaller pipe promotes flow velocity.....ummmm, like a pulse jet engine. Large at the combustion...

    Exhaust Pipe Diameter

Super turbos are fine, they have the flow deflectors inside, and no internal resonators to slow them down. One thing, any back pressure is bad, the key is flow velocity...which smaller pipes are good for. As far as sizing, well thats more of a fitment issue than anything. You could equal out the...

    Exhaust Pipe Diameter

The 2" tail pipes are just fine, don let a bunch of idiots tell you otherwise. Smaller pipe is better for torque, which is what you want. Use straight through mufflers, and its even better. Speaking from experience, Walker is good Quality stuff, and fit and finish are #1.

And you have NO vacuum diagrams under the hood, right? Couple a' questions. Is your distributor staright vac advance? and do you have any mods on the truck, like headers, true duals? A few pics under the hood would be good. And, I would start looking for a q jet to use on this truck, its...

123 ok for warm up, but 111? Fock. Thats a little deeper than the cts. Sounds like that pig rich gremlin we have had to help a few others chase.

The problem is that the bolt pattern may not be the same. Yes, heads to the machine shop, they should be able to clean and check them for around $100
