    Toggle switch ignition?

Yeah 700r4. And so youre saying just tie the yellow and purple so it bypasses the neutral safety switch? And speaking of, my brake lights dont work. Running lights work but not brake lights. Maybe this switch is shot. I hope so. Been looking around and its getting me into all different...

    Toggle switch ignition?

Anybody done this? Looking for the absolute most basic way to do this. Just trying to find a loophole until i have time to fix my ignition. Is it possible just to run some wires from battery to starter to a switch? Just looking for a tempory "ghetto rig." Thanks

    Inner spindle bearing?

No lol. That actually would be a dumb question. Its inside the spindle. I believe its the " inner spindle axle bearing" or something along those lines. There is no race just the bearing. Its about an inch and a half across

    Cant tighten lower ball joint?

Spun for a while with an impact on it but eventually the nut wriggled loose from the stubborn joint. Pulled the knuckle and loosened the sleeve with a screwdriver and hammer close to where the other side was since i couldnt exactly torque it being stripped like it was. Turns out the tapered yoke...

    Cant tighten lower ball joint?

Dont plan on cutting my new ball joints in half thats not necessary and pressing them is a bitch. Let me reexplain. To get to the stripped out sleeve i have to pull the whole knuckle back out. In order to do that, i have to remove the lock nut from the bottom ball joint, but i cant do that...

    Cant tighten lower ball joint?

Impact wont do anything either. The stem on the ball joints spins with the nut its essentially like trying to tighten a wheel:rotflmao:i believe the problem is with the adjusting sleave. Problem is my only chance at removing the COMPLETELY stripped sleeve is if i can pull the knuckle/ ball...

    No start (clicks) issue

This doesnt really apply to alot of what youve said, ive never had something happen where i had to go through that process just to get it started:rotflmao: but check all the connections to your starter. Mine got greased up and gunky and had a slow oil leak dripping down on it and just wouldnt...

    Cant tighten lower ball joint?

Bought ball joints from 1A auto not sure if their brand joints are considered decent or not but money was tight and the Moogs were expensive. Anybody used them before? Anyways, both lower ball joint nuts wouldnt tighten they would only spin the stem on the joint. Put a floor jack under the...

    Stuck spindle

Does anybody have any good ideas on getting a stuck spindle off of the steering knuckle besides just pounding on it with a hammer and a 2x4? Shes on there good. Broke 2 chisels and been through 2 good hunks of oak with a hammer. And i have no torch to heat it. Its rusted up nice and tight to the...

    Popping/thumping in steering.

My 83 k10 has had a "popping" noise that sounds like a dull thudding when im making hard turns or turning my wheel in park. Hasnt seemed to be a problem when driving but im trying to resolve the issue before it becomes one. Seams to be coming from around the gear box but i cant pinpoint it...
