    I was shying away from the 4L80 because of it moving my t case back and necessitating driveshaft mods, but, I just realized, I have adjustable motor mounts. I wonder if I could kinda keep my t case in the same location and just shift the engine forward a bit?? Any thoughts?

    I'm not sure what year the 700r4 was. It does have a 30 spline input shaft, so I'm pretty sure it is newer than what came in the truck.

    Muffler placement

    I used Schoenfeld longtubes into 2-1/2" pipes into Flowmaster 40s right under the bed, then turn down and slightly out just behind the axle. Sounds awesome.

    I read somewhere that the thing on the truck fuel rail wasn't a regulator, but a pulse dampener or something like that. Any input on that, cuz mine has the return style rail, and I'd like to know if it is or isn't a regulator

    Good thought. I have read about the Burb tank. Just kinda liked the idea of 2 tanks, no real compelling logic behind it though. I'll revisit the Burb idea. Sounds interesting. What do you do about a filler neck?
