    You might can cut the groove a little wider in the plastic and use a c-clip or snap ring to hold it. Just make sure there's no binding. Lube it with some Vaseline or something.

    Just put a set of flat top pistons and a towing cam in. Those peanut port heads will do the trick.

    A few yrs ago I rebuilt a 10 bolt gov bomb in my Bros zr2 s10 4wd. It was roaring pretty loud. Found right side carrier bearing and inside pinion bearing bad. Replaced carrier bearings and pinion bearings. Replaced axle seals and checked axle bearings. Installed new crush sleeve and preloaded...

    I had a 72 caprice 2 Door when I was 18. 402 th400. It was a 1 tire fire machine. 120mph speedo was not near enough . Spun a rod bearing at 128k miles. Installed reman crank in it and sold it at 140k miles. It was a very tough ride.

    I ran comp 1.52 roller tips on a 450hp sbc. Got great service from them. You have a comp cam so why not their rockers.

    Get recommended valve springs. Posi-lock rocker nuts. Roller tip or roller rockers.

    I bought a powermax gear reduction from summit about 14 yrs ago. It was on a 10:1 compression sbc for 13.5 yrs. For the last 6 months it been on a 10:1 bbc and still starts like new. It will work on any sbc or bbc as long as it is below 11:1 compression.

    I've had these 3 engines. Black one is the weak 5.7 tbi. The one on the ground is a 450hp 355 that I built. The big block is a 632 blueprint pro series crate engine. I've used the same mounts on all except for changing them to polyurethane.

    Yes direct bolt in. I was referring to the front of block but you're right, same spot in relation to trans.

    Don't know #. I used the small block mounts from the block and put them on the bb. The stands on the frame are the same also. I ordered headers for my truck and they fit correctly. I used Headman Elite headers.
