    My dually had a hard bead of caulking that i chipped off. I then used seam sealer between the fiberglass fender and the bedside.

    Is it plugged in to the wrong terminal in the fuse box? Should be in the "ign" side.

    I have owned 2 of these units. try changing the temp sensor, i used one from a early 90's 4.3 and my problems were solved.
