    A rattle when driving

I'm assuming your unit is a suburban 4x4? Just going by your name and profile picture here. Is it a rotation rattle? Have you checked u joints? They don't per say rattle but can make some bad noises when drying up and failing. Also check your rear shock mounts on the frame. Those bolts like...

Heavy Duty Rear Spring Torsion Bar

That sway bar is pretty cool. I would keep it on and mount the air bags elsewhere. It probably did wonders while hauling a water tank around.

    Electric Fuel Pump

I recommend walbro aswell. Good pumps. Never had a problem with them. Your pump you have now. Take some wd40 and shoot a pile in there and hook it back up. Thats what I had to do to a few other brands.

Some squares for sale in my area.

Can we tell which ones from a dealer? The blue one is horrible. Brown one if it was all original sure maybe worth it. Yellow ok. Round eye. At least you know what your getting.

    square headlights to circle headlights

I got a buddy who did the opposite. Its alot of work unfortunately. You basically need a whole front clip. The tricky part is the hinges. Now going to round might be easier cause they are on the fenders. Going to the square lights the hinges are in the cowl.

This is probably a bad idea, but I'm too cheap to pay for a tow.

Here's a funny safe my a$$ story. 03 duramax hauling 14 foot enclosed full of tools going to work out of town. 30 km from my destination one of my injectors kick the bucket which puts the other 3 dead in the water. So now I got a very unhappy 4 cylinder duramax. Its minus 40 Celsius out and I'm...

Your right. Totally missed that. That front won't fit on a dolly. Unless you got a older dollies. You could do it backwards. Or like @Ricko1966 said get a good buddy and buy a nice new kinetic tow rope and drag it there and then you also got your self a nice rope to boot.

Pull the rear shaft and let her rip. If going down hill your laughing. Going up hill have a buddy follow with hazards on. 400 bucks for 20 miles is crazy. I could of got it for free if your in my neighborhood cause I'm always fixing buddies tow truck. Always sounds bad I'm there when he...

Please help with power steering box flush

I would have to agree. Unless its a red head. I've had to change out 2 reman boxes and now my pump is going out on the wife's escalade. They don't make stuff like they use to anymore.

Please help with power steering box flush

Probably a liter. I would get two to be sure. Not much to flush since your doing lines and have no cooler.

Please help with power steering box flush

That would be the correct procedure. You just got to cap the return inlet on the pump if its pretty low on the tank or put a hose on it so its above the fill line. Its a good idea to flush fluid for warranty purposes and keep the receipt of the fluid. Also who knows what crap or how old it is...

    78 k10 blinker problem

You ran out of blinker fluid. Sorry couldn't help it. I would check the bulkhead at the fire wall. Pull it apart and clean it up. I find gm used this tar stuff. It gets hard after a while and hinders connections

    core support bolts

All my spare rad supports still have all the bolts and mounts in them lol. Can't lose them that way. Just now if I could stop losing the lower parts I'd be good. With that being said I've used anti sieze on them and it definitely helps alot (only in for 3 years but came out like new). But...

    Rust converters and Frame paint

Finding some of these products are kinda tricky here in Canada I'm finding with out paying a arm and a leg. Evaporust and por 15 products is what I found on Saturday. I got some time tomorrow and see what the body shops have. So far I'm kinda at a toss up on the por 15 and Eastwood products...

    Rust converters and Frame paint

I was checking out that Eastwood rust encapsulate stuff there and it looks pretty decent. They have this new platinum stuff which is silver so then you got to top coat it with there black paint but its pricey.

    Rust converters and Frame paint

My worries on using say a rubber coatings or por 15 is that if any of this stuff gets a small pin hole in it its now a cavity for water to stay in there behind the paint or rubber coatings. Or let's say you want to change something on a the frame. You got to burn off that coating. I was...
