    Thanks guys. Its a 1999 vortec with a reverse water pump. This was running perfect 1 month ago. All of a sudden this issue just started.

    here is a update. took rad cap off and the hose will not collapse, but water shoots out like a fountain at only 195F look close and you really dont see water coming out of the radiator cores. Thermostat is next to be removed. My guess will be the thermostat for the fact there is very little...

    Are you talking about the sensor in the picture? That sensor is for my Autometer gauge im using to keep an eye on the temps till I get the right sensor for the factory gauge. Going to try part # rustisbest mentioned.

    Yup, this is a hard one. Rust and Bucket, The problem now is the SB was pulled and sold. So I cant go back and get the original temp sensor. Second problem is The BB temp sensor size is much bigger. So I'm thinking I need to find out what the gauge ohm's are and try to match that to a new one...

    Thanks everyone!. I got the door locks and ignition cylinder from o'reilly auto parts for $44.00. column was real easy to do. Parts are from LOCKSMART. Everything worked great. Thanks again :cheers: Now I can get back to treating her real bad. More vid's to come.
