    So true :cheers: To late on a pic of the drums, I already used a sander on them, clean them up and reinstalled. They were good cause the guy at the brake shop said both drums had plenty of meat on them!

    Turbo4whl, Are the drums better then the disc? I would think so since they are HUGE. I said Disk's because the whole kit cost as much as a complete drum rebuild. Shoes alone are $113.00 :oops:

    Not warped LOL. They could use a light skim cut. But still fine. I cant find No One In Houston who still cuts drums. Most place will only turn rotors and the car drums (smaller). Mine are still good enough to reuse. I just wanted new ones while I was at it. But all the negative reviews on...

    If you only knew the BS I'm going through to find GOOD replacements. Mine are still thick, but NO one will turn them. Might just reuse them. I wanted them perfectly flat since the shoes were new including wheel master cylinder and hardware.

    I have never replaced shocks since I owned the truck. So I know they are bad. Its time to swap them out. What I need to know is, is there a special shock I should use being I have leaf springs front and rear? here what it looks like now.

    I am going to buy a A/C vacuum pump for auto/truck. They have so many options when it comes to CFM. from 3.5 to 9.5. is the highest # the best to have. Its obvious the higher the CFM the more $$$$$ the unit is. Im not a HVAC tech so I dont know is CFM matters or not, other wise im going to buy...

    So I only have 1 axle with brakes. Is it worth it to add brakes to the second set of axle. Just asking so I dont throw money away. If it makes stopping for the trailer and truck easier then cool. But if not, Then Ill pass. I do not have a problem braking with it now.
