urethane dash pads anyone?
Yes $850. Im so tired of many of the things Classic and LMC sells, looks great on pictures, but is nothing compared to the original once you get it. bad fitting, tiny metal, .... i have used a "dash-shell" from LMC now for two years, already cracked by the sun.- Andreas Wickman

Hood Question
Talking about hood insulation. If you use Quit Rides insulation (some hard plastic over softer small parts), dont get ANY brake fluid on black plastic. It will just fall apart after a couple of days. some kind of chemical reaction. Quit Ride was fair and send me a new one.- Andreas Wickman

Ignition switch wire routing?
According to the shop manual they shall go down along the column on the left side (seen from drivers position). That,s how I did it on my 83 Silverado. The fat black one of the two on attached picture- Andreas Wickman
