Jgonick, It is possible that the code is 41K280D but from what I read the second and third characters are letters not Numbers. If you zoom in, it kinda looks like it could be a 4 but it is different than the first four. Nick Transmissions, I had the transmission rebuilt by my local tranny shop...- theyoho

I also am having a hard time finding a chart with the 700R4 codes. My transmission code is: 4IK280D, I know everything but the IK code. Can anyone tell me what the IK code is please? It is in my 1987 R10 that I had for years thinking it was the original tranny, until I went to upgrade it. After...- theyoho
