Engine stand question

Can I mount my engine stand like this? The arms on engine stand aren't long enough to reach the top 2 bellhousing bolt holes. Sent from my Milestone X2 using Tapatalk 2

Camshaft Question

I used the bore gauge today. When measuring from N to S and E to W they around 5 thousandths. When measuring NW to SE and NE to SW they 3-4 thousands.

I think my front shocks are bad cause they squeak when I go over bumps and dips in the road. Anyone ever heard of this or is more to it? 97 K1500

You have to take the whole fan assembly out. Some vehicles you gotta take the radiator too just replace the fan motor.

Can I caution you on buying the part and paying a shop do it. Reason being most shops wont put on parts that customers buy ahead time cause if the part fails they expect the shop to warranty it even they didnt buy the part. Now if your having someone come to house and do it that know then thats...

Fan motor might be bad. Jumper the fan motor to the battery to see if it spins or not. have you checked the coolant temperature sensor and radiator fan relay?
