    Brake light grounding

Hello, 1978 GMC K25 fleetside. After doing quite a bit of work to the truck, I now have no brake lights. I did a new ignition switch, ignition lock cylinder, and had the box pulled a few feet back for paint. All lights worked fine before this. Tails and Turn signals still work fine. I jumped the...

Brake light issue I can't get smart to

I had to pull it out of place and reinstall it for the lock cylinder. I don't have any brake lights even when not signaling either. I checked the block of terminals on the firewall and I had voltage to both of the signal wires with the brake applied, and I believe that is farther down the line...

Brake light issue I can't get smart to

Signals work fine, which is the same wire as the brakes so I don't think theres a pinched wire. I also looked and didn't see anything wrong

Brake light issue I can't get smart to

I did a quite a bit of work to the truck, but a few things that may be of interest are: replaced the ignition switch, pulled the bed off for a while to paint it, and had the steering wheel pulled to replace ignition lock cylinder. Went back...

There were two identical driveshafts laying in the back, around 55" each. Well turns out they're completely wrong, way too short and different...

    1978 k25 stalling issue

It doesn't sputter at all, just dies so I wasn't suspecting fuel. I was watching the carb while lightly revving it one time when it died, and it was spraying good the whole time.

    1978 k25 stalling issue

Hello, I have a 1978 k25 with a 350 engine. The previous owner installed a new ignition switch and distributor. Ran great for a while, then started intermittently dying on me. I first ensured I had good voltage to the HEI, which I did. I replaced the distributor, which didn’t seem to do...

    Strange brake issue

Hello I recently bought a 1979 Chevy c10 with a 305. When i bought it it had absolutely no brakes. I put two new front hoses on it and got front brakes, but haven't bled them yet. I then had to replace the long rear line (rusted) to get rear brakes. There seemed to be some rear brakes in it but...
