    Window Felt Replacement

Mine is closed up and works great. But isn’t there a rear track adjustment that you can make? I can’t remember, I know there is on the 67-72 series. And power windows! Man all I can say is good luck. I much prefer cranks in the oldies.

    Window Felt Replacement

I just did mine.. followed Brothers video. The vertical pc should slide right in there, mine did. The horizontal guys can be tough of you have rusted clip inserts. I was lucky, pryed a bit ans filed then pushed from an end. Be sure to tape the door to protect it.. you will scratch it very...

    Dash speaker fit issue

Just did this yesterday! This cheapie (amazon) fit pretty well. I had to fashion braces at the ends but clearance is great. Wire connectors positioned perfectly. I padded at antenna entry spot with 3m puddy stuff as a cushion. It’s a $20 speaker, works fine with original am/fm delco radio.

Visor mount; over or under trim?

Looks great! When screwing the visor in.. does triangle clear the trim? Mine seems to hit it.

Visor mount; over or under trim?

I have a 78 c10 with silverado trim.. well it’s going to have the trim. I bought a project with boxes of stuff including the interior. Almost done, putting up headliner trim, but concerned about fit of visor frame and headliner trim pieces.. which goes in first? Visor seems to smash into...

Need honest quote for this truck, not a I know what I have?

Not a gem to be sure, and I bet the engine was not prepped for “storage” so emissions may be the least of the problems. Add mice and sun, so if you can get $2k better jump on it. Is that a hoof print I see in the door? Lol!

AC or not to Ac is the question

Pardon the missing dashpad.. waiting for new clips to complete the install. Plenty if room for the fresh air vent. My truck was prev. Factory air and no pull rod to open the door. I sealed it. But on my 69 without factory air plenty of room and i used the available rod to open the door. VA...

AC or not to Ac is the question

You will have an abreviated glove compartment. About half the size of original. The gain is clean firewall, which means easy access to engine. You also get electronic controls instead of vacuum. And hey, the appearance is worth it. I chose to relocate the ac to passenger side as it just looks...
