My century's have the wheel lift controls to the front of the control box and bed controls to rear. Don't make sense why they do that. About like the new coats tire changed with the bead breaker pedal as the middle one. About have to straddle the machine and lean over it to see what your doing...

I had my 89 V3500 do about the same thing. It would start and rev up without load, but wouldn't run under a load. I replaced everything from the injectors to the computer and about everything else under the hood. Like Jim said it was the fuel line between the pump and sending unit on not one but...

there was a plug in option for delay wipers that was a factory setup. Very possible your wiper motor is getting tired. Have you tried checking all the wiper transmission and adding a few drops of oil?

I've run wreckers like that on the road bucket. I borrowed a friends 1959 Chevy apache with a old mechanical Holmes 440 on it and drove it 30k miles. No power steering, leaking radiator, brakes that had to be pumped up to stop, no park brake, and only half the lights working. Had the 4...

I know asurion only paid the first $50 on any call and handled AT&T phone roadside here. I've been running a few AT&T roadside calls through Allstate. I went over 40 miles the other night to do a tire change since they couldn't find no one willing to do it. Allstate covered it for over $100 tho...

Bucket are you saying the frames are similar enought to adapt the 4wd front under them? Another idea was all these guys are straight axle converting the newer independent front 4x4s. I wonder how similar the convertion is there to a 2wd square to 4wd?

I have 2 square body wreckers already both being 4wheel drive. I have a 3rd one I'm not sure what I'm doing with it yet. A little free advice about motor club work, the rates they give you are not what you have to work for. I work for 3 motor clubs now, and adding 2 more as soon as I finish...

Yea I seen on here somewhere a guy converted a suburban by splicing frame. I'm just not sure about scratch building another wrecker tho, I ended up over $8500 in last one. I think the idea would be a cool one tho. I guess tho I have 2 crew cab 4x4 frames in fence row so that might be best route...
