    Ryobi 1/2" impact

I just recently got the Ryobi. I've only used it a couple times but it sure made short work of rotating tires on my wife's truck and replacing the hub on my son's 4wheel drive. It seems faster and easier than my air wrench.

    Piston rod cap torque sequence

Sounds like you need to get some plastigauge and check all your clearances on the mains and the rods first before you move on. Don't mean to insult but the rods are matched sets, you do have the matching ones and turned the right way?

    Fuel filter inlet leak q-jet

I think your gasket is missing on the end of the fitting where the filter is (3rd pic). Its easy to come off or get kinked and you will never seal it without it. Its just a nylon ring that fits in the lip on the piece. You may have enough threads left once you get the gasket in place. Tighten...

    Electrical with no clue

Are you in park or neutral? Jumping directly to the starter should prove if its bad but don't short it out. Most car parts places will test a starter for free. Its very easy to pull and replace.

    Fluctuating oil pressure

Was your old oil thin and smell like gas? If your making oil, you prob have a bad diaphragm in the fuel pump. That could be your sputtering issue also.

    Carbon canister leaking

Your not supposed to get liquid gas in the canister, just vapors. Something is allowing gas from the tanks through the lines into the canister. On my truck, the selector valve hung and allowed gas from one tank to be pumped into the other until it was full and then into the vapor lines into the...

    Fuel gauge stuck on full

There is a ground that goes to the sending unit on each tank. Mine did the same thing, well past full, and I laid on my back and reached up on top of the tank and worked the connectors enough to get them where they made contact again. That's been a couple years ago and they have worked ever...

    Gas Tank Pressurized problems!?!?

My guess is your tank selector valve is either bad or leaky. I had that prob on my '85. It was pumping gas from one tank to the other and then, when the tank was full, it went into the vent lines to the canister and then to the air cleaner where it flooded the truck out.

    Gasoline in vapor canister

I don't know what the difference is in the 3 and 6 port valves plumbing, but I can assure you that was the problem with mine. I took the valve apart out of curiosity and it appeared to be leaking internally. Still it would take a big leak to pump from one tank to the other. That's why I wonder...

    Gasoline in vapor canister

Do you have dual tanks? My '85 did a similar thing. The 6port valve was either leaking or hanging part way. It was literally pumping fuel from the driver tank to the passenger tank. When that tank got full it pumped it into the vapor lines and canister. It was dripping out of the line that goes...

    org am fm radio

Check your antenna connection also. The older radios will probably play fm but not pick up am at all if the antenna is not connected or the little wire in the windshield is broken although it shouldn't very well. I don't like the windshield antenna at all as it seems like the function is diminished.

Driveline Vibration. U-Joints, Carrier Bearing, and Output shaft Bushing Replaced.

This is a '59 Edsel which is similar to a Ford, but there were alignment marks on the flywheel and converter to match up and a hole in the flywheel at that spot to drain the converter. The PO bolted it up 33 degrees off if I remember right. It would bolt up just not balanced. It gave the...

Driveline Vibration. U-Joints, Carrier Bearing, and Output shaft Bushing Replaced.

I had a vibration in a vintage car that I traced down to the torque converter bolted to the flywheel in the wrong place. There are markings where they should mate up and its not hard to check it, just drop the cover.
