get a Phenolic Plastic spacer this will make you clear your egr and will keep from the fuel boiling and help power a tad bit.... i am very happy with my edelbrock (which is just like a carter) has electric choke man i can turn that baby over she fires right up in the mornings or when i havent...- 82chevy350

Is the 305 worth the effort?
id say since you just got it do a full tune up cap, rotor, plugs, Plug wires, check the timing, Rebuild the carb or Get a new one if that motor only has 60k i would defiantly say its worth the effort that stock 305 wont come close to that titan without alot of modifications- 82chevy350

Ohhhh also got a set off rims off a 98 tahoe with like brand new tires for helping my girlfriends dad put the tahoe motor in her truck and new brake pads My dad dont like them but i dont think the look to bad it raises my truck back up so i can pull the jeep better and also get to my my rallys...- 82chevy350

Pulled the interior out getting all it down to bare metal then gonna spray a Couple of good coats of bed liner on and gonna undercoat underneath and under hood and inner fenders tear the motor apart flush it all out and put new gaskets and seal it up and paint it my pressure plate got ruined but...- 82chevy350

Nah they really don't come apart that easy cause you got brake lines body bolts radiator hoses battery they set it up or sumtin- 82chevy350

well my throwout bearing froze up so looks like ill be pulling the motor and i stripped the inside down and gonna coat the floors and dash and put me some duplicolor bed liner and eventually do it on the outside as well- 82chevy350
