    As far as the headrers go, just plug the bungs with 1/4 brass plugs...as seen in my pic. For the pump, gut it and let it free-spin - use a delete pulley or toss it and use shorter belt.

    Pretty sure most, pull it and re-route the belt or use a delete pulley. I went with a delete pulley. At first glance it looks like it still there. If just needed for State inspection, a pulley may work if the inspector isnt the sharpest tool in the shed, or just gut it so its free-wheeling.

    Thinkin about a tbi swap.

    Dunno about the motor to tranny mount, if it doesnt directly Im sure there is an adapter out there. Vortec heads, yes...will make a great improvement. As far as the harness...is it Jims here that does those...quite well I hear?
