208 Transfer case Whines? "Pitch changes when I grab the shifter"
Sounds like a bad bearing. Yes new bearings can be bad. Does it do it in 4HI or 4LO as well or is it a different sound? Since you are hearing it in 2HI, most likely its on the main output shaft. Key thing, if it wasn't there before the repair and is now... something that was most likely...- dvdswan

03 yukon headed to scrap, should i buy it? LS rolling chassis?
Snag it. You can sell the engine, trans, t/case, wiring harness, and PCM for at least a 1k if not more. depends on your area.- dvdswan

missing axle shaft on dana 44 front. what do i need?

IIRC, Target 350 engine is a 4 bolt main and the 305 was a 2 bolt main.- dvdswan

Tie Rod Question
I used ES2234R and ES2233L TREs, 7/8-18 HEX TIE ROD END TUBE INSERT left and right threads, and 1.5" OD / 1" ID DOM .250 wall. I also used the ORD high steering arms that mount on the top of the knuckle. You will need to enlarge the taper hole to fit the 1T TREs. NOTE: you will need a 2wd...- dvdswan

No. Blazers have flat floors to allow access to the back seat. Even the 77 and earlier. -

Worst week so far!!
Have you checked the fuel filter? If it's fine, then... it sounds like a partially clogged or almost all the way clogged line. Hate to say this... but you can disconnect the lines at the switching valve and blow them out with compressed air. The problem I believe is the from the pump to the... -
