Dual cats on long tube headers isn't gonna work well if at all.

Bringing the Cat back...enough is enough.

Magnoflo. I did a LOT of research when I put this together. See post 41. I'll try to dig up the part number for that cat. It was slightly different from the rest in that it is CA rated. All that means is it has more catalyst and cleans the exhaust better than the same non CA version. Still a...

    Power only comes on intermittently

You could forego both the fuse and the fusible link and use a circuit breaker. That way when it pops, by the time your pulled over and have the hood open looking for smoke, it resets and all is good. On a serious note, I put a 150 amp fuse in the charge wire between the battery and my new...

Gas pedal is too far away for me

    Vibration at 2500 rpm

Yes. That might likely be the cause. Unfortunately, you will need to replace the input shaft and bearing in the trans.

    Rare Hood Ornaments, Wow! $$$$

I'll say it again. Rare doesn't mean desireable. It's rare I sh*t my pants. It's yet to be desirable.

Are you implying you have a manual tilt column?

Air inlet on the core support?

The air in front of the core support doesn't have a direct path to the opening. It just gets compressed and creates a high pressure zone that makes it easier for outside air to get to the air cleaner. Leaving it open is probably beneficial for under hood temps.

Air inlet on the core support?

Mine has the same provision on either side. There's a "plug" in the core support that you can just knock out and the plastic cage pops right in. I actually moved mine from the P/S to D/S to gain room around the battery.

    4x4 Headers, Flowtech 11500FLT

I've heard it said that only people that have issues with things are the ones that post about it. You never hear of the ones that don't have troubles with things. Based on that, you may be right. :hmm:

Easy. Toss em in the trash and install these. You will wonder how you lived without em.

    Gear Reduction Starter Praise

I have a newer permanant magnet, gear reduction one on mine. I can't say if it actually spins the engine over any faster but it sure sounds different. I actually don't like how it sounds. When I let off the key it takes a second or two or three for it to "spool down". It's disengaging from the...

Shouldn't gear reduction spin the engine slower, not faster?

    Dome light went cross-eyed.

I added my rear dome light. Measure, cut, install. Super easy. The actual cutout (hole) is only about an inch and it's mostly square. It fits the protrusion on the lights bezel.

Sniper eh.. :mexsmoke: You can always unplug the oil pressure switch and choke light. Save the energy for the other things that's gonna pop up.
