    The rear block kit should have a pinion wedge made into it. You may could get a 4 degree shim and add to the spring pack but the obvious problem is the necessity of lengthening the rear driveshaft.     This is a 350 also. I can pat the accelerator & get it to go but it is brutal on the mounts & tranny. I've unplugged the booster & capped the line with same result. Even at 1500 rpm the engine kills when pulled into gear. HS

    Got the 79 Big 10 going again. Pulled engines from two trucks and put the good one into the 10. First real heavy work that I've done since having the heart attack on May 1. It runs great fortunately and now it's ready for a new owner. HS

    The rear driveshaft is longer on an NP205 regardless if it’s a fixed or slip yoke.
