'77 C20 crew cab rust repair
I am working on repairing the rust on my '77 c20 crew cab. I can find front floor pans, and outer rockers for a crew cab. I cant seem to find any resources for the inner rockers for the rear section of the cab, or for the rear floor pans. Anyone have any knowledge about replacement panels for a...- Adam ellis

To settle the debate about what engine I am planning on the Gen V L83 which is a 5.3L. I am planning on buying a scrapped donor vehicle for the swap, and using all the computers and such off of that, then just getting a retrofit harness. The plan was to keep the 5.3 stock as possible, just retrofitting it. Im not actually sure about the positions, I will have to find a way to get a peek in one of that era to find out.- Adam ellis

From the little bit of research they make a model of T56 suited for trucks, i think its the super magnum, but I may be wrong- Adam ellis

That's the issue lol i have the dreams of someone with deep pockets with the budget that you'd expect someone in college to have, conveniently that is because I am in college. Just have to work twice as hard to accomplish my goals .- Adam ellis

Im redoing a 77 C20 and stumbled upon this forum. I have a 1977 C20 Camper special 3+3 that i am planning on putting a 502 BBC in with a Tremec T-56 Super Magnum 6spd. i am also planning on doing all the rust repair, installing all new wiring, and dash and much more im sure. Im considering putting a 502 big block in my '77 C20 and thought id post something here. Any tips or Pros and Cons about the 502? Getting and installing the engine is a while out from now, but want to have all my ducks in a row before I get to that point.- Adam ellis
