o lol... well in that case most everything from 1 squarebody will bolt right into any other square body. You will need to put a different cross member in certain situations though. Just do your research there is a million topics about doing just this. Its been covered- marks86

your absolutely correct. I still do believe 4.88 gears and even 4.56 gears in most cases don't belong on trucks that run on the highway.- marks86

Sounds like your engine is tired. There is no reason why a 350 chevy would be a gutless wounder in a k10 on 35s The problem with going to 4.56s or 4.88 if you ever installed a real engine with real power you would have way to much gearing for everyday driving. Are the 6.2 diesels a good engine?
The biggest issue with the 6.2 diesel is everyone compares it to the duramax/cummins/powerstroke. Which is just not practical, its a very good engine I DD one for like a year no issues and started up on the coldest NY days, but at the end of the day there is a reason why I did a cummins swap...- marks86
