There is reason you don't see any built 6.2 diesels. I can talk like this because I DD a 6.2 diesel for a few years. It was a great engine, got great mileage, and was super reliable. Correct and dana44 to 10bolt is pretty much a direct swap, I would suggest Installing new ubolts in the process- marks86

A dana44/10bolt is alot easier to find and ALOT cheaper,now don't get me wrong a dana60 Is a fantastic axle but until you run big tires and off road hardcore a dana60 Is an overkill- marks86

Hate to tell you this but a 6.2 will never have the put you back in the seat power. You can put a 6.5 turbo, bump, the timing, marine Injectors, but at the end of the day it's really a waste of money Becuase once you go that far the performance bug will have biten you and there is really no...- marks86

no chips or cracks it came out of a 2wd burban with like 140k I used the housing and not the gears. Anything you see on the ring gear is just dirt here are some pictures -

Cucv have the same front springs as k30 chevy trucks which are very weak acually and are known to bend. As for the tires they are 37x12.5 which is a standard tire size- marks86
