1996 No Mar Dodge. A towing company and Buy here pay here at 38th and Keystone Ave in Indianapolis IN call Big Reds Discount Towing bought several of these after the race from Palmer Dodge across the street from them. It's actually a lot harder to park those cars then you would think. In April it can be cold, hot, wet or two out of three of those. In the last few years the car at the angle is often #1. Then the Festival cars start at about 17 or 18. The then line up in order up to 50. Cars 2-16 or 17 are...- Lee93
