So I have a '76 sub with a factory tailgate, that I want to convert to barn doors. I have been researching this on the net for ages and collected all kinds of pics and articles. A couple of U toob vids show folks cutting and welding the captive nut plates into the C pillars and all kinds of mods...- Fat 454

C20 8 stud to 5 stud conversion
Hi, I have a '73 C20 454 burb, 2wd. It has the full float 14 bolt rear end with LSD. I want to lower it about 3" ( shackles ? ) and put AR classic 5 spokes on.
