    Love it. Stock isn't a bad thing... just today I was talking to the guy at the pizza place, he was looking for a 60s truck and is having a heck of a hard time finding one that isn't badly modified or rusty. He'd probably fall over if he saw that :)

    Costco carries Interstate Batteries at a very good price point, which is what I would recommend. I think that should be near your budget. I'm also very happy with my el-cheapo O'Reilly Superstart battery, but I only got that because I didn't have time to go to Costco.

    Gave it a tune up and its SO much smoother. Lesson learned: 15 year old and unknown mile cap, rotor, and 3 mixed brands of plug wires in various stages of decomposition = a truck that runs like crap!
