    Also, keep in mind, that these are factory-styled shocks, just new on the front and back and no shock extender bracket on the back. Not sure if this is causing this issue but just giving all the info I have on hand in hopes of a great answer. Thanks fellas.

    You mentioned pigtail. Do you mean shove that top of the spring into that cut out and let it be? On the rear, were not using them, so are you saying add them even though its mounting properly without issue. I don't need any crazy issues. This is the old mans truck, I'm just borrowing it on...

    Maybe thats the problem. I went with factory styled shocks and on the rear, were not using that shock extension shackle as we didn't need it. could that be causing an issue? Both upper and lowers are brand new from LMC. spindles and shocks are aftermarket.

    I hope so, I will go by the shop tomorrow and test the turn radius again. But the vertical clearance still bothers me. I cant get my full hand underneath there and that's gonna be a problem. But I may just drive it and see once we change the springs. The spring issue is the biggest problem right...

    I really gotta triple check the turn radius at the current level. worried bout slicing the tire with the outer fender. Will check back with an update on that.

    Only reason I'm considering is because the top is the tire is almost striking he tub. I can barely get my hand in here..not much travel. All suggestions are on the table.

    74 c10. 5/7 drop kit installed..new leaf springs on the rear with the flip kit. Issue is within the front. Springs are not staying seated. Not sure how to get it to act right as this is what came with the kit. Any help would be great. Do we get new springs, if so, which ones or do we attach...

    Update. I feel it's an alignment issue. He's saying its a can corner issue since we replaced the floors and inner and out rockers and cab corners. Doors are on but just look at the pics. This is the take over mechanic since the original one is recovering from surgery.

    Yeah and that's what I'm going for. Drivwrs side was cool and no rub. Passenger side was hitting the tub. A definite no go. We're gonna reseat them and if that doesn't work try the spacers on the passenger side. Thanks fellas for everything

    Even the leafs are brand new. Are you saying the flip kit should be lowered. It's at a 6' inch drop right now. Fronts on a 5 with 3.5 drop spindles and 2 inch drop springs.

    Yeah. Every spring and shock is brand new. All control arms and everything else. It's my dad's old truck. Say for 35 years on the backyard. He had it since I was a kid. Not sure if it was in a wreck or not.
