    Ok, just checked. I know my O'Reilly's has a rebuild kit of some kind. Two of them, not sure if either are the 4165 that I need.... but just in case, they do have the needle kit in stock.

    All the pictures I have seen show a metal plate on the "inside" that cover the needle and seat. Mine is a white plastic covering. Looks like the plastic they put over newer door latch assembly for "rain"/anti-theft. just way smaller, ha.

    As you can see from the pic of the carb too... not adjustable. No sight ports, no adjustments. Ha. Id hate it to be a needle issue.
