I been needin to check engine mounts, just aint had a spare second. Ive got a driveline vibration that the trans mount helped but did not fix. Gonna get the light out n look for the culpret this weekend. Engine mounts are on the list as well as bell housing bolts.
I have 4 inches of lift and front shaft was hitting under hard acceleration or big bumps before new trans mounts. Good after. Mine were worse than the op's tho.
I see. Id still go with lockouts(i did in fact) if it were me. As long as it wasnt way cheaper to go back stock. I payed like $100 for warn lockouts with metal dial just fyi.
Nice lookin c10. On my truck 2 fusible links are on the firewall, drivers side and one on the starter. My truck wasnt charging and after replacing the batt and alt i figured out it was the link on the starter:confused:. Good luck!
I bought a reman pump for my 350 n when i tried to bolt up the bracket the can was clocked wrong. I had to put the reman pump in my old can for it to work. Pumps were the same but cans were clocked different. Dunno if that helps:33:
I had some 1/2" cpvc laying around so i took my chances with it. Worked great! Passenger door is like new. Driver much better but i think pins are worn. Cpvc was a little harder to cut and spread open but it worked.
