    I drop any rusted bolts in vinegar full strength a gallon at wallyworld about 2 bucks leave them in 3 days dump em out rinse with water and drop them in diesel fuel. They will be good as new

    I agree with you it’s a 350 I believe someone swapped the fan at some point every v8 I’ve ever owned had a 5 blade fan. And it is a CK 20 4sp sm465 and 205 transfer case. I’ll remove the pulley and see.

    Thank you, I think I’ll pull the whole unit with the transmission since I’m going to re seal it anyway then I’m going to convert my np 205 to a twin stick so eventually it’s all coming out

    The manifold bolts came off easily but impossible the ones at the exhaust pipes, should I yank the transmission or just the engine and disconnect at the clutch housing? I’ve never done one before.

    I can’t really tell on the water pump, I just have a standard steel fan it’s a 350 v8 if I grab the fan and wiggle it the pulley behind it is what’s moving

    Current pic of the state of my73 c 20 getting ready to pull the motor noticed the fan pulley wobbles front to back about 1/8 of an inch that’s factree right? Sand blasting the frame like Johnny Cash one piece at a time

    Dove in head first feels like the pool was empty, picked up a 1973 c 20 4sp 4wd and it’s gonna be a project no doubt so I’ll need lots of help. Seems the right place to land.

    Yes brake lights all lights work except turn signals, mind you they worked before I pulled the cluster
