    So your choke closes on its own now overnight now? Mine has never closed back on it’s own, wondering if mine is broke too. Lol Before I attempt to start my K10 I have to pump the throttle once then the primary blades close. Cranks first try.

    Surging idle in cooler temps

    I honestly didn’t know that the idle goes back down as the choke opens. I thought you had to hit the gas pedal for it to idle down.

    The sensor is not touching the pan. It is suspended by the channel locks to be about 2 inches about the pan. Good looking out tho! I’m sure there is still something I could be doing better

    Awesome! Looks like I’ll try to get ahold of one. No, I bought another sending unit for 8$ to see if maybe it was bad. Both are same part numbers. Figured it’d be easier to test one already out of the block instead of getting coolant everywhere.

    Thanks guys. I posted some pics ^^ up top and found out my gauge is inaccurate for some reason. Still not sure if it’s a bad gauge or if I have the wrong sending unit..Possible bad ground? I have. I have no idea..

    I’ve been doing some research and have ran across that too. Looks like they all run up to 260. I’ve tried 2 different sending units. It would really help if someone out there knew what sending unit they had in their truck! :) thanks
