    $1,500. It's a 1982 k20 Silverado. Low miles and almost completely original. 4" lift. Truck is in amazing condition. It sat for a long time and needs a little work.

    I just picked up another square. It's an 82 k20 Silverado. I turn off the ac or the lights and the wipers come on for one sweep then stop. Anyone have any thoughts why?

    So is your relay kit plug and play? What all do I need to do to install it? Is the auto down an option for a stock power window setup? I lubed everything up and it's still slow. If your setup is plug and play I need one lol.

    It will have one or the other style hub. In 71' I believe they were the big hub, but that was a long time ago. Until you put eyes on it this is all speculation. I've seen 10 bolts with big hubs. I bought a 72' d44 and it had little hubs. Get your hands on it and we'll identify it for you.

    Actually the spindles are the same and you can get bearings at rockauto or lmc. The inner race that rides on the spindle is the same diameter.     The later hub bearings are the same 1/2 to 3/4 ton d44 to 10 bolt.

    If they have external lock out hubs the inner bearing is bigger. The lock outs have 6 bolts mounting them to the hub. The bolts like to back out and break.

    30 spline at the diff like a d44? So can you use these shafts on a d44? 10 bolts were 28 or 29 I can't remember, but the d44 inners were 30. All the outers were 19. The inner spline count won't effect swapping 6 to 8 lug though. That doesn't matter.

    Unless you're seriously 4 wheeling you don't need a d60 up front. A d44/10 bolt is sufficient. To make a 6 lug d44 8 lug you have to swap the outers. Caliper holder/backing plate, caliper, hub and rotor. Extremely easy. The lock outs are the same 6 and 8 lug.
