3 inch spindle with 3 in spring on 22s

Depends on several items...like backspacing of the wheels, tire height and road conditions.

How do I get wheel off?

First of all...those shouldered lugnuts are notorious for breaking as you explained. After finding a non destructive way to get the rest off, replace all of the studs and get different lugnuts. I would also suggest applying a layer of anti-seize on the studs. Even with non-snow weather here in...

What have you done to your square lately??

I was initally thinking 3 years..........but I wanted to get a jump start with summer approaching. Its hard to be motivated to anything (especially welding ) when its almost as hot as the surface of the sun. Dry heat or not...it sucks. All I want to do in the summer time is stay indoors, crack...

What have you done to your square lately??

Floor of bed...OUT ! I had no idea there were so many friggin bolts to remove...geez. Now I am in the process of mock fitting the rear tubs to the much needed height for added rear axle clearance. The body drop will be 7-1/4" in order to accommodate the air ride being installed in the truck...

What have you done to your square lately??

Hmmm...idk. I have to check that out...makes sense. I tuned the motor up (inline 6 230cuin)...runs nice and smooth. After three days of completely re-wiring the truck and finally working out the bugs, all of the lights work. Damn bad grounds on the tail lights kept intermittently working, then...

What have you done to your square lately??

I think we are going to refer to this truck as "Gramps" I have aleady been doing research on full air ride. I may possibly "Z" the front frame section as well. It is uncharted territory for me, but it is something that I have always wanted to add to my repertoire.

What have you done to your square lately??

And some more... The truck is almost back to the oem orange color after spending hours sanding off the crappy metallic navy blue that someone applied. It's definately "farm fresh"...there was a shit ton of dust, pebbles and God only knows what else covering oil and grease under the...

What have you done to your square lately??

More bodywork I am keeping the 50 plus years of rust...aka patina on the front bumper and grill. Some people may be opposed to keeping it. This project is going a different direction than the last.

    Lowered guy's please come in

Bag it...bag it...bag it........ Laying frame or pinch welds along with a manual transmission is the ultimate anti theft deterrant for the next generation.
