Where do you buy your parts
I've used Rock Auto in the past but lately I've been using CARiD. They have been the cheapest both on parts and shipping for the parts I've been purchasing for my '88 K5. Bonus is when I leave a review they send me a $25 Gift Certificate! Hard to beat that! -

Engine cooling fan
When I did my last build I looked at the price of electric fans and decided to replace the fan clutch. If your not racing you have to ask is it worth the extra bucks. I vote for a new fan clutch and be done with it. Of course, on a new build I started with a new water pump so can't speak to that...- trukman1

Making Van Buckets Fold?
You might search Ebay to see if anyone has some hinges off the buckets out of a Blazer/Jimmy/Suburban. I'd think it would be easier to swap than convert. Not SURE it would work, just a thought. -

How To Refurbish Your Dashpad
At my local ACE Hardware they have small plastic caps that snap onto various size screw heads. You might try some of those if you want to hide the srews. I've only seen them in black but you should be able to paint them with vinyl paint to color match if you want to hide those silver screw... -

Seat Compatibility
If you decide to go with Blazer/Suburban Buckets remember to check the hinge covers. They are often broken or missing and can be hard to find. Especially the passenger side. Ask me how I know... -
