    ORD custom rear springs? Opinions?

I'm not gonna battle with you. but this isn't true. I have had several brands of leafs on this same truck. ORD custom is a far superior ride in every single way. both street manners and off road.

    ORD custom rear springs? Opinions?

I have ORD custom front 6" and rear 3". its a night and day difference. best way I can describe it is...if you go down a washed out fire service road when the dirt road get like a washboard....you cant feel them. you literally glide over them. the rears are nice to have because it stops the back...

    Leaf Spring ording

I have ORD custom springs (6") on my k5. theyre worth the money and the wait. they have more leafs than stock and the ride quality is insanely different (better). it can take bumps, flex, handle, a million times better. the only downfall is the $$. FYi make sure to check the leaf spring guide...

    floor pan questions

cool...that's what I suspected....but the way technology changed I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

    floor pan questions

mostly because if technology has changed, and a new glue was suppose to be better than welding (which I found hard to believe), then it would be nice to know and maybe try something different is all

    floor pan questions

hey all....so this will be my first floor pan job and I have some questions and my searched are yielding conflicting results. 1. do I cut the floor smaller than the floor pan patch? if so how much? 2. I was always told to weld in the new floor pans, which is no biggie as I'm a welder by...

    Kentucky to Colorado

thanks... I have done Imogene on my bmw r1150gs adventure. I think a lot of people underestimate that pass. good to know engineer wasn't a problem. youll need to convert to a CV driveshaft. max u joint angle on those are 12*. and it sounds like you need another 10* shim on the axle. pluis your driveshaft is too short anyways. I just dropped my driveshaft off at my local driveline guy. 260$ for a double cardon put into my DS. I haven't...

    Well What A Day!

I got half way through this thread and had to stop reading. lots of people have been through really bad breakups, divorces, whatevers. I promise you not one person said "that worked, now he/she will leave me alone" and then have it actually work and that person starts leaving you alone...

    pinion angle

thought about doing this actually. .. I thought about it last night while looking at the driveline in the blazer. the angle is too steep for a 2 ujoint driveshaft anyways. I'm going to have a CV drive shaft built next week.

    pinion angle

yeah I figured that...I was asking how to correct it
  17. colonel mustard

    pinion angle

no it is a slip yoke....however I just priced a cv drive shaft from a local drive line shop. 300$. so I'm probably going to go that route since I need a longer one anyways.

    pinion angle
