    Anyone know what this is?

Fuel pump relay and associated wiring for the TBI fuel pumps. You can dump it all if your PSI harness has a relay and lead built in. There is a tan/white wire leading from there into the bulkhead connector on the firewall, left side. That is what you would tie the fuel pump wire from your PSI...

    General Suspension Refresh

Personally, I'd put together my own kit with nothing but Moog parts. I'm not a fan of the quality of the parts included in most kits.

AC Charge Problem (High Low, 0 psi High)

Yeah, the high and low side should be equalizing when left alone. It seems odd that the compressor would engage and not create any pressure on the high side at all. Now that I'm thinking about it, are you positive your high side gauge is working? Maybe it's just a bad gauge set. You can always...

Mr Clean's Sandblast Cabinet Mods & Powder Coating Projects

I really need one of these. I like the small upgrades you did. Right now, I do my blasting on a tarp, wearing welding gloves and an old welding helmet with the shaded lens removed and plexiglass installed, lol. That blasting media gets into places you didn't even know you had...

AC Charge Problem (High Low, 0 psi High)

I would lean toward a bad compressor if you aren't making any pressure on the high side. If left alone, do the low and high side equalize to the same pressure?

    Griffin radiator FAIL!

If it makes you feel better, I used a big block radiator for my LS swap. So neener neener.

    Shocks for 1985 C-10?

I had Excel-Gs on my 84' C10. Very happy with those. I put MonoMax' on my 88' R20. Also quite pleased with them, no complaints. Compressing them enough to install in the driveway (on the ground), was a bitch though!

What have you done to your square lately??

Well, it wasn't my square, but it used to be! A co-worker owns it now. Did rear axle bearings and seals, all new rear brakes, front rotors, bearings, and pads, and completely flushed and bled the brake system. It made me all nostalgic working on my old truck, haha.

    6.0L Fuel system question!

If there are two quick connects on the rail, it has a built in regulator. A single quick connect would need an external regulator (Corvette filter/regulator being the common route to go).

    Energy suspension control arm bushings

Just make sure you grease them up good. I also prefer the black bushings (graphite impregnated). It will help minimize the squeaking you can get with Poly bushings.

    Best radiator for towing 10k

scottybaccus I'd have to go against the grain here for the full aluminum recommendation. I have a friend who has been in the hot rod industry for over 20 years, and runs his own shop. They have had nothing but problems with full aluminum radiators. I'll let him explain the details. On the...

Cant get my engine to run. Please help!

Have you verified that you have the rotor pointing to #1 spark plug post when cylinder 1 is at TDC? You could be off a tooth on the dizzy, possibly.

    LS Swap fuel question

I really need to get with the program and order this from you. I'm still rocking the original stuff. It's working, but I built the truck to be reliable long term, and that's the one thing still gnawing at me about the swap.

What have you done to your square lately??

Haven't done much with the ol' rig lately. Took her to the drag strip and ran a 15.58, and showed the swap off to RetroC10Sport, who was nice enough to stop by while in the neighborhood the other day. Good catching up, friend!

    Just bought a 1995 GMC C1500

That's exactly how the manifold on my TBI 305 broke. Took me YEARS to track it down. Manifold gaskets, donut gaskets, etc. I tried everything. Finally, one time I took it off, the heat shield had rusted enough, and the whole dang thing fell apart. Turns out the heat shield had been the only...

    84 repo stock grille

RockAuto looks to have one with holes for the molding. You'd want to look at how the emblem attaches and verify it can attach, but the PN is GM1200125. I bought one for my 88' (same as 85-87), and was able to use my factory molding and emblem, but that is a different grille style than the...

Body Work Around Windshield Need Help!

I would clean the rust up really well with with a wire wheel, and see if you can fill it in with weld, then grind smooth. May want to try getting weld-thru primer on the backside first, as well.

    6.0 swap 76 chevy

If you are using the 1990 frame, all you need to do is drop in a high pressure pump using the 1990 gas tank. ACDelco EP381 is a good option. Are you using a GMT400 frame? If so, not really sure on the fitment for oil pan and etc.
