fittings for oil pressure and temp gauge on ls swap?

For the oil pressure gauge, you can get a 16mm to 1/8npt fitting to go in the stock Ls oil sender location. You can then use a brass Tee and a stock 87' oil pressure sender (get the 1/8" version). Here is a link to the adapter I used...

    85 GMC fuel gauge non-op

First thing to check would be the sending unit grounds. They run from the sending unit to the frame rails. Make sure they are clean and tight.

Installing ac in a non factory truck

At a minimum, you would need to cut the firewall for the AC box, swap AC control heads, add compressor wiring, etc.

The EVAP should be the plastic line running to the top of the intake by the throttle body.

I think most people just ditch the EVAP line, but since you are trying to avoid a tune, it may throw a code if you do.

    1987 silverado fender replacement

Keith, I am curious as to why the moved it for the last few years. Did it offer better reception, or was it due to GMT400 having the fender mounted antenna and using the same stock, or something along those lines?

PCM isnt commanding 1st Gear on 4L60e

Does the 94 use a VSSB instead of a DRAC? That might be it, if so. Glad you got the trans piece figured out!

They may work, it's worth a shot. I think they may be bolted to a different location on the crossmember though.

Costs and Parts for 5.3 swap

Paying for someone to do the swap will increase the cost quite substantially. I'd estimate around $5,000 or so, with you providing the engine/trans.

The mounts you bought bolt to the frame stands. The V6 and V8 frame stands are different, so you will need V8 frame stands to bolt up the dirty dingo mounts.

Costs and Parts for 5.3 swap

Dirty Dingo and Tejas Steelworks make some nice mounts. Tejas Steelworks sets the engine forward about 3 inches, which would require you to run electric fans, but allows you to retain the factory AC compressor with minimal to zero notching of the frame, if you are worried about that. For my...

    TH350C to TH350 swap

You can't convert the TH350C into a regular TH350 as the cases are different, I believe. However, you can replace your TH350C with a TH350 with no problems. You would just leave the TCC Connector unplugged.
