    I should take better notes when I'm doing this kind of thing... I did the rebuild a year ago. I don't remember if it impeded travel, but it didn't seat when I pushed it in its cavity. Anyway, I did the rebuild because of the hesitation issue... Nothing has changed for the worse since the rebuild...

    So WTF? did the guy that rebuilt it before me put the wrong power piston in there? what would that one have come from? Like I said, I know some dink rebuilt it before me because there were two spacer/washer guys in that spot where there should have been one.

    Right on. With regard to the accelerator pump... I meant that putting the air horn on was a pain because of having to hold down the pump and power piston at the same time while installing the air horn.. The little plastic piece that you are talking about is what I think the issue was (maybe)...

    Oh, I can only agree with making the problem worse... I can put everything back to normal though... I think one of the guys called me "Secondary Rods"... I guess I should change my name haha! I know the hand made rods were junk when I made them, and I'll put it back... I was just being bored...
