Yes it rubs the rear window. Was really shocked when I bought it that it was stationary. The only thing the passenger seat does is hold a replica senior paddle my son made in high school wood shop from "dazed and confused movie" between the back of seats and rear glass. Thanks guys! 350 is out and wrapped up and put in storage. Numbers match. Had 15x8 truck rallys sandbalsted and ready for paint. I'll detail the engine compartment while BBC is getting machined. I'll post more pics as it progresses.- Dave Dine
